What is the purpose of SAREL?
SAREL was formed to create a supportive and collaborative network for South Asian Realtors within Keller Williams. Our mission is to foster education, leadership, collaboration, and business growth while strengthening community connections nationwide.
Is there a membership fee?
Yes. SAREL membership requires an annual fee of $150 per individual member. Memberships are billed annually and may be prorated if you join later in the year.
What does the membership fee support?
Membership dues help support:
• Professional development and networking opportunities
• Educational masterminds and guest speakers
• Website maintenance and technology
• Marketing and global brand awareness
• Community programming and events
What benefits does SAREL membership include?

Can I speak with current members before joining?
Yes. Prospective members may request to connect with current members or leadership through the website.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable, as they support ongoing programming and community initiatives.
Who can join SAREL?
Membership is currently open to Realtors of South Asian heritage who are affiliated with Keller Williams.
Can non–Keller Williams Realtors join?
No. At this time, SAREL membership is exclusive to Keller Williams agents.
Is membership team-based or individual?
Membership is individual. Each team member must enroll separately to receive full access to benefits.
Do memberships need to be renewed?
Yes. Memberships are valid for one year from the date of sign-up and must be renewed annually
Does membership auto-renew?
Memberships do not auto-renew by default. Members may opt into auto-renewal during checkout and will receive advance notice with opt-out instructions.
What happens if I leave Keller Williams?
If a member leaves Keller Williams, their SAREL membership is terminated and membership fees are non-refundable.
Can non-members attend SAREL events?
Some events may be open to non-members at a higher ticket price. Members receive priority access and discounted pricing.
Are allied professionals allowed to participate?
Yes. Allied resources such as lenders, attorneys, CPAs, inspectors, and builders may participate through sponsorships, partner invitations, or select open events.
